Limestone-Sinter-Water

Saturated, ready-to-use, lime putty solution without synthetic bonding agents.
Available in two types:

• Limestone-Sinter-water made of gas roasted fragmentary lime.
• Limestone-Sinter-water made of wood roasted fragmentary lime.

Applicability:

• Both wood and gas roasted Limestone-Sinter-water are suitable as a means of reinforcing absorbent and sandy substrates as well as smearing whitewashes.
• Sinter-water doubles as a stabilizing layer and a great pre-coat.

Preparatory Work:

• Surfaces must be solid, and free of impurities.
• Dirty facades must first be thoroughly cleaned prior to application.

Processing :

• Dampen with Limestone-Sinter water
• Apply Dullinger Limestone-Sinter-water with a brush or dispenser.
• Both wood and gas roasted Limestone-Sinter-water are ready-to-use and must not be diluted with water.

Cleaning Tools:

• Rinse tools with water after use

Coverage:

Coverage will vary heavily, depending on the condition of the substrates. Exact values can only be obtained by running tests on surface samples.

Tip:

Containers should be resealed when finished, to prevent the formation of “Sinter-skin”, the result of air contact.

Safety Guidelines:

• Limestone products are corrosive.
• Wear safety goggles and gloves during application.
• Immediately remove unwanted splashes or strokes with water.
• Immediately rinse with water in the case of skin or eye contact.
• Seek medical aid in case of eye contact.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Surfaces that are not be processed, should be covered up or protected by taking the appropriate measures.
